The short version: pay for what you use, your data stays yours, do not abuse the service, and verify important numbers before you rely on them. Effective August 11, 2026.
These terms are a contract between you and Beyond Think Tank LLC ("we", "us"), operator of CommissionIQ, when you create an account or use the service at commissioniq.io or through our mobile apps.
You are responsible for your credentials and for activity under your account. Keep your email current; it is how we reach you about billing and security.
Paid plans are billed through Stripe on the schedule shown at purchase. Free trials require no card and convert only if you choose to subscribe. Founding-member rates stay locked for as long as the subscription remains active. You can cancel anytime from the billing portal; cancellation stops future charges and your plan runs through the period already paid. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.
You own the data you put into CommissionIQ. You grant us the limited license needed to host, process, back up, and display it in order to run the service, and nothing more. You can export it anytime and delete it with your account. We do not sell it.
Do not use the service to break the law, infringe others' rights, send spam, probe or disrupt our systems, resell access without an agreement, or upload malicious code. We may suspend accounts that put the service or other customers at risk.
AI features generate suggestions, drafts, and calculations from the data you provide. They can be wrong. Commission figures, forecasts, and AI outputs are decision support, not financial, legal, or tax advice; verify material numbers against your own records before relying on them.
We work to keep the service fast and available, and we ship fixes quickly, but the service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or lost data beyond our backup obligations.
You can close your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with notice where practical. Sections about data ownership, liability, and governing law survive termination.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and disputes belong to the state or federal courts of Travis County, Texas.
